Baron Grafton Arthouse collects personal information, such as e-mail addresses and log-in information, that you voluntarily provide on this Web

Site. For example, we collect (a) e-mail addresses when you register to receive our ArtLetter portion of this Web Site; and (b) your usage information and log-in data as a visitor of one of our Services when you access the Private or Trade areas of our website.

Personal information collected via the Web Site is used to allow users access to certain portions of the Site. Baron Grafton Arthouse may also collect names and/or other personal information voluntarily submitted by you, for example, when you contact us to make a request or inquire about a Product, our Site or Services. Baron Grafton Arthouse will use such information to respond to your request or inquiry.

  • Delivery of our Artletter, art offers and art events; When subscribing to our ArtLetter, your contact information is stored on our platform and automatically shared with our email service provider.

    You can at any time unsubscribe from our ArtLetter or other email communications by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of them. If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your contact information is deleted from our subscription list. You may also contact us directly to request deletion of your email.

  • All the billing information and payment details you provide when purchasing your artworks form our Site are collected and processed by the credit card merchant service providers. These are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, a standard that provides a secure environment that goes above and beyond industry security standards and guidelines.

    Our payment partners never share with us payment details (that is, we never receive your credit card or Paypal account information under any circumstances).

  • Invoices and other billing information are sent by Shopify ( our Web Site Platform provider ) on our behalf to the billing information email address you have provided.

Baron Grafton Arthouse only select third parties providers with a strong commitment to privacy and security standards. When applicable, we enter into confidentiality and data processing agreements with them however we do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for any personal information provided to them.

At any point we do not sell your information or share it with any third- party providers that are not related to providing a service for Baron Grafton Arthouse and its subscribes and customers.

3. Data retention

All data explicitly shared with us remains under your control. At any time, you can decide to delete information you explicitly shared with us, and we will erase it completely from our Services.

Non-identifying information is set to expire after a given period of time. In some limited cases, some information must be kept indefinitely due to legal obligations.

All requests must include your first name, last name, and must be sent from the registered e-mail address.
